I was told someone would get back to me with an ETA, but I never received one. When I called back for an update, the customer service representative hung up on me. I understand that delays can happen, but a complete lack of communication and poor customer service is unacceptable. A simple phone call or update would have gone a long way. They arrived on time and gave me heads up on their ETA. The day of hauling, they walked through the items and told me where they would end up- dump, repurposed, recycled.
