I have been really disappointed with not being able to trust this company. The first time we used…read morethem, they came back with a price of $250 over the quote they gave me weeks before. I got that resolved, but just over a year later, one of the hot water heaters they sold us didn't work correctly. They told me since it was over a year (14 months!) that the sensor was covered, but the labor was not. Then they charge me two hours labor for the plumber and his assistant. I really didn't understand why I had to pay for an assistant to get a sensor replaced, but what disappointed us, was he charged me for two hours and the camera showed them to be in the house for an hour and 20 minutes. Both times, no apology, no reason as to why their invoice was incorrect, just a corrected invoice that stated they were giving us a discount for the amount they overcharged. Sad, that someone calls their company Integrity Plumbing and quotes scripture, but operates in this fashion. This was one of the reasons we chose them. Then to not show any remorse... Seems too many companies operate in this fashion of overcharging. Very sad!

This is the most poorly ran business I have ever had to deal with…read more We were matched with them through our Home Warranty Company and after saying he was on his way for TWO days, never showing up at the scheduled time, never calling to reschedule and never answering his phone or returning calls. He finally stops by with no notice, leaves a card saying "waited 30 minutes." Well we have waited two weeks for you to call us back and then two days for you to show up. The lack of communication is inexcusable and his customer service is severely lacking. I would recommend watching YouTube before I recommended this company.
