This bank has probably the most horrible customer service over the phone I have ever encountered…read more While the loan I have seems to be serviced adequately, whenever I call their customer service line I am usually greeted with someone who is very rude and impatient. They also usually say there's no way to look up your loan by your account number. They ask for my last name and phone number and say they will look up who my sales agent was when I first took out the loan. Needless to say there's usually never a call back. I would like to recommend them to more people but at this time there's just no way to do that with the horrible way people are treated over the phone.

The bank accepted her check deposit and gave her multiple different dates for when the funds would be available. She was told one date at first, then later given another, which caused a lot of confusion, stress, and financial hardship. Even after repeated questions, the bank never gave a clear explanation for the hold or why the release date kept changing. This caused real problems, including difficulty meeting financial obligations. Customers should be able to count on accurate information, timely access to legitimate funds, and clear communication from their bank. Getting conflicting information about a deposit without a proper explanation is unacceptable. What makes this even more disappointing is that my girlfriend has served this country, and she still was treated this way. That is not the kind of customer service anyone should expect from a financial institution handling people's money. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a bank.
