Then, he said we'd need a whole new system for $11000. This was too high for us so we cancelled. Then he said it would be $250 for the visit. He did not reveal or disclose any fees for using a credit card. After paying, we saw a change of over $447 on our credit card bill. We called several times, and the secretary said that was the charge for using a credit card. My husband wanted ot pay with a check or cash at that point. We were told there was no way to refund the fee. I emailed him and asked for a refund because they did not disclose the fee in advance. Junior, the boss, refused. Furthermore, all the other quotes for a new water softener were $3500. Please AVOID JN SERVICES HAVAC at all costs. They are not honest and transparent about their costs/fees and charge exorbitant amounts for any service.

The service person who came was very professional and informative. It did cost about $90 just to get the system looked at which I was not expecting at the time. The total ended up being larger than I had expected, but I was willing to pay it because I needed my heat turned on immediately. I would suggest them if you need someone quickly, but it might cost you a little bit more.
