However . . he prescribed me a weightloss drug and didn't prescribe the needles to go with it and this has been three days now calling the pharmacy and calling the staff at LWC to see if the needles can be prescribed. No luck so far. Very uncaring. I won't go back. Before I visited LWC I was warned not to go there because the office staff were unfriendly. I gave it a shot. Now after 2 more phone calls today I told the office staff I was going to find a new Dr. She said ok. Bye. This clinic does not care about its patients. They don't care if you're pleased or whether or not you can actually use the medication you be been prescribed. I'm sure they are quick to bill your insurance company though. I was told today if I want the needles for my medication I will have to make another appt with a different Dr. So I'm responsible to pay for another visit when the issue was not my fault. Apparently my prescribing Dr won't be back in the office for 4 more days. Very unprofessional.

But the front desk receptionist/staff could use a class or two on customer service. Every time I call, it feels like I'm an inconvenience for her. I dislike her tone/attitude and just sets the mood for the entire appointment or phone call. Like others mentioned, you can stand there starring and there is no acknowledgement. I understand if you're on the phone, and can't put the phone down to talk to me (common sense). A simple smile or hand gesture to say it will be a minute would suffice and go a long way. Still trying to figure out if it's worth dealing with the front desk staff in order to have a good doctor.

She is very attentive, addresses ALL my concerns, and genuinely cares about her patients! My son has a total of 5 specialist he has routine visits with and Dr Ceniza is very involved and informed in regards to each one. She is VERY easy to get ahold of after hours and I've never once had any trouble getting a same day appointment when needed. Office can get a bit busy, but remember there are several different Dr's in this office sharing one set of staff and waiting room. Staff has never been rude, and the nurse line is also very helpful! I NEVER write reviews only read them lol and when I noticed there was not one posted at all I felt the need to RATE! I very recently have moved out of state and finding a pedestrian that will meet all my standards the way Dr. Ceniza has will be extremely hard to do! I wish I could of moved her with me!
