The colors were all washed out and dim. This was after we waited weeks for them the finish it. They kept telling us that the part was on order and wasn't in yet. My guess is that they may have used an aftermarket part, and not an original HP part to replace the screen and the driver. Very unhappy with the result. After they replaced it and turned it on, they could easily see that the screen behavior was sub-par, but they went ahead and gave it back to us. I would be very wary about using their services in the future.

I was told by T-Mobile rep online to go to a store as they were going to help work out a deal to keep me as a customer. I walked into this location and explained to the service rep about my conversation with T-Mobile online. He immediately dismissed me. He wouldn't even look at the notes in my account. I told him I could just go to Verizon and get new phones and he just said "okay". I left the store, went to Verizon and I am now a proud Verizon Customer because of one employee.
