Nothing makes sense anymore in what is now a ruined society in America- and Spectrum helped make it that way.

But then I was directed to GetMoe and on the SAME DAY I took in my dead phone, Moe had it back and running! Like MAGIC! I used to manage a technology store where we did in house repairs, so I know a little of what is involved. Moe did a fantastic job and he had the tools and parts needed to service all the big brands. If your cell phone is busted - go see Moe! NOTE: GetMoe may not be open right at ten am. Call ahead if you're making a trip to the store, and make sure they're open.

Looking back, I wonder if this was possibly because my issue was minor- something that most people would be able to understand and therefore take care of on their own but either way, in this day and age, it's next to impossible to find that kind of generous kindness. Wireless to anyone looking for better service (just not Boost), and a great price on repairs - my broken iPhone screen cost less than half the price of the Apple store, and I haven't had a problem since!
