Room was just fine.... It was clean and in good repair. Lots of room jnside. It has pretty much a full kitchen with a stovetop, fridge/freezer, sink, disposer, dishwasher, the whole deal. The bathroom and shower were also quite large. You could most definitely live out of here if you so desired to do so. I get the name now.... I see what you did there Marriot... Breakfast was awful. I didn't dare touch a thing. It looked like an afterthought and it's obvious no one gives a shit about the breakfast. I had a bit of juice and headed out. No stomach ache for me, thanks! They should just close the breakfast area frankly. It made the whole stay seem bad as it's the last thing you see before you leave. '25 - 22/111

I've stayed here before, and as you can see, I'm here again. It's such a cozy hotel that sits among many restaurants and stores. It's at the very end of what I like to call Hotel Row, which is Riverwind Dr. The rooms are my favorite, and as you can see from these pictures, they are set up like an apartment or a small cottage--the television swivels from the bedroom to the living area. The bedroom chesters drawers, and the main closets are very spacious. The bathrooms are huge, with plenty of counter spaces as well as underneath. The shower can easily fit three people. So imagine one person. Plus, it has a shelf where products can be put. The kitchen has more than enough room to prepare a four-course meal, and all the utensils are provided. There's a full-size refrigerator and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. The gem is the lobby, which I refer to as the sitting area. It has a light color scheme with a touch of beige and caramel colors running throughout the sofas, chairs, and tables. It reminds me of sitting at a cabin in the middle of the woods. The amenities included a washer and dryer on site, a nice-sized gym, and a pool. It's a great place to stay!

Good location right off of the highway. Some restaurants close. The 1-bd king is very spacious, clean. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast in the morning. Good televisions in both rooms, full fridge and stove and dishwasher. Fitness center has good equipment, pool, BBQ area. The only issue I had, which may be isolated, was I had no cold water in the shower. Other than that, this is a good hotel.

Good evening! My name is JoaQimein Martin, and this is my review of Home2 Suites by Hilton in…read morePearl, MS. I stayed at Home2 Suites by Hilton in Pearl, MS, in the Nonsmoking 1 King 1 Bedroom Suite, and it was absolutely perfect. I have nothing against the 1 King Bed Studio Suite, but this suite was spacious and the perfect setting for a very special moment -- I proposed to my fiancée on November 1, 2025. I decorated the room with candles and rose petals, and the atmosphere was stunning, especially at night. Funny enough, while my Aaliyah said "Yes," the TV switched from "Collide" by Tiana Major9 and EARTHGANG to "Blow Your Speakers Out" by Big Time Rush" -- which made me laugh because I was a little embarrassed. Honestly, that moment made the stay even more memorable. Booking through the Hilton Honors app made everything easy. I didn't really have to interact with staff, but checking out was smooth and quick. The front desk associate was friendly, professional, and even addressed me as "Mr. Martin" -- it wasn't necessary, but it made the experience feel extra special. I wish I remembered her name because she truly deserves recognition. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the amenities were convenient. Overall, even though this is my first hotel review, I can confidently say that Home2 Suites by Hilton in Pearl, MS, offers a memorable, comfortable, and special stay. Highly recommended! -- JoaQimein A stay fit for a king.

Showers were clean, water hot quickly and no obvious stains or uncleanliness in the room/kitchen/bath. Comfy bed with plenty of pillows. Few issues...there wasn't a cart available so we had to take several trips to the car. We were also told that one of the rooms we had reserved (of 2 rooms) "hadn't been cleaned yet" so we had to "settle" for a smaller (1 bed/1 fold out) room for 2 large body men. Mind you we arrived at 9pm. Not a huge deal but more of a "be aware". Not sure if staff is lower on Sunday check ins and if carts were still in rooms. Either way...an inconvenience and not as "ordered". BUT...we all slept great, the a/c was cold, the breakfast was so good and fresh. Plenty of coffee and absolutely a great morning.

To be fair, Jackson, MS wasn't my destination, it's simply a great midpoint for me to rest when I'm road trippin' between Dallas and Atlanta. The Good: The hotel is relatively new and It's conveniently located near the University of Mississippi Medical Center and VA hospital. A few restaurants are within walking distance, which is a plus. It's also pet-friendly, which is fabulous since my fur babies love a good road trip. Also, the staff is really nice (shoutout to Francine!) The not-so-Good: There's an appearance of clean in the rooms, but not really. On my last stay, I was greeted by couch stains, rusty shower, and some leftover "mystery gunk" in the kitchen sink. It's the second time the TV didn't work, and the fourth time my digital key failed. The entire fridge moved around the kitchen whenever I opened it, LOL. Also, the lobby can get quite loud, since it occasionally turns into a hangout spot for large groups. Know before you go that the surrounding area can feel a bit mixed and while I've never felt unsafe, staying aware is a must. Pet owners, take note: The designated dog areas can get very messy since not everyone picks up after their pets and the hotel doesn't seem to maintain these areas well. If want your pup's paws clean, you'll need to find another spot for walks. Bottom line: When the price is right, this a decent option for an overnight stay. Just know there are some "quirks", and plan accordingly. Happy Stays!

Pleasantly Surprised…read more My stay at this hotel was a pleasant surprise from the moment I booked. I reserved the room through the app as a Gold member, which comes with a few perks, and since I only needed the room for one night, the process was simple and convenient. I arrived around 3:00 PM and was greeted promptly by the front desk. I planned to check in at that time but was told it would be about five more minutes while they finished preparing the room--no problem at all. I decided to head to the conference I was in town for and returned later that evening around 7:30 PM. At that time, there was quite a crowd checking in and only one person working the front desk, which resulted in a short wait. Despite that, the check-in process went smoothly. I was informed that the in-person room rate was higher than what I had booked online; however, as a Gold member, they honored the original price. That genuinely surprised me, as I've never experienced that level of consideration before. Once in the room, there were a few details that kept the stay from being a full five-star experience. Upon entry, there was a noticeable damp, stuffy smell--possibly due to the apartment-style layout. Additionally, a bit more attention to cleaning would have helped: there was a broken fingernail on the floor, hair on the sofa, and a food stain on the dresser. Nothing major, but noticeable, especially since I had been told the room was being cleaned several hours earlier. From that point on, however, everything was excellent. Breakfast the next morning was a standout. While it was standard hotel fare, it was clearly prepared with care and had great flavor. On a cold winter morning, the hot breakfast, along with coffee, tea, juice, muffins, oatmeal, eggs, and a full breakfast bar, was both comforting and impressive. Overall, aside from those few minor issues, I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely stay here again. With a bit more attention to detail in room cleaning and additional front desk staffing during peak check-in times, this hotel could easily deliver a consistent five-star experience.

The staff I will say are great and try to help with what they can. The first room I checked into was so hot and filthy, I had to request a room change. Not sure why I was given a handy accessible room with a broken faucet, dirty floors and dirty walls. I know it's been hot lately (78F) but the AC units don't seem to keep up in this building at all. The temps in the rooms barely budge lower and sometimes even creep up! Also power seems to be unreliable as it goes out at least once a day! Building looks a little neglected with lots of hallway lightbulbs not working, and just small issues like paint and cracks on doors. At first glance everything will look fine until you start looking more closely. Breakfast is just your usual complimentary fare of eggs and bacon, bagels, yogurt, juice and coffee. You can make yourself some mini waffles with syrup if that's your preference. I did enjoy the coffee very much. Couldn't access the pool as the room cards don't seem to unlock the gate and staff don't really know why. Wifi is also very spotty at this location as I regularly get disconnected for 30-60 minutes at a time. No water is provided so you'll have to get your own. Showers are nice and large with nice smelling soaps. Unfortunately, no moisturizing lotions but Jackson is fairly humid so you might not need. Beds are large and comfortable with those terrible hotel pillows. It's kind of your no frills residential hotels for a decent price.
