What I noticed most is that the staff went above and beyond to offer great customer service. Rooms were clean and very spacious. The beds were comfortable. We would stay here again if we are in the area. read more

The hotel is old the light in my bathroom was out the tub didn't drain the 2md bathroom when you sat down felt like you fall over The breakfast was ok. There people having breakfast there that not hotel Guest One person who looked like he worked there but ran around with tank top And shorts with a dog each morning They don't clean rooms unless you stay for 2 weeks that's ridiculous The phones in the rooms Don't work at all. Sadly this place smells like cat urine and I will never ever stay in Springdale again. This one hotel ruined the entire city for me. I told them it smaller of cat urine downstairs and every floor it smells. I even had to keep my windows open. I heard and saw cats at night. Just so disgusting. Not to Marriott standards at all!!! read more

The staff are really good people. The building is in a remodel so it's just not where it should be. The ice make broken forever, the build is old and tired, the rooms in disorder, the outside not constantly maintained, the pool is out of order for months, and that's the high level issues. The breakfast never changes and the food is really nothing special. Many times the eggs were overcooked and the one positive is the bread items were individually wrapped. The nice thing is they have four juices and coffee. read more

This is a very nice motel to stay at. Got friends in from outa town who says it's very quite here. The lady at the front desk was very nice when I asked what room they were in. Lots of lighting in and around the parking lot with lots of cameras. So the rooms are quite big 2 double queens with a fridge and couch. It was really a nice room. So if your outa town you may look into this motel for a nice quite stay. read more

If I could give this place a .5 I would. My team and I travel for work so we understand how a hotel should work. First off, my team lead had to move rooms two times. 1) the room was not clean. 2) there was mold in the shower. Finally, her third room was fine. Then a few days into our stay my colleague had her room broken into. Luckily no one took anything but her clothes were all over the floor and you could tell her things had been rummaged through. When the issue was addressed, they said they would follow up and did not. The whole time we were there, our rooms were supposed to be cleaned once a week and were not cleaned (Even though we double-checked the cleaning date) until the third week. We finally had to ask for a broom ourselves. There is a new hotel across the road, stay there. read more

Looks like there aren't that many reviews for this hotel. I'll go ahead and add another! Stayed here one night and the gentleman checking me in was very friendly - He took less than 90 seconds for me to receive my room keys. He also informed me of the breakfast time, which was between 7-10 AM, at least when I stayed. The room I stayed in was mostly clean. It was a one bed suite with a sofa bed and a mini-kitchen. It even had a stove for you to cook some things, and a fridge to put your food in. I did notice the sofa bed couch had some wear and tear on the armrests, and needed to be fixed a little bit. The complimentary notepads had something that I believe is oil or grease from the last person or two, which means they haven't been replaced, which was a bit unsanitary. Some of the couch plugins did not work, which was a bit disappointing. On the upside, my room was technically the room right next to the elevator, but I did not hear elevator noises at all from my room, so that mean that they have good walls. The breakfast was your usual hotel breakfast. I wish they had a waffle maker or a pancake maker like what I've seen at other Marriott hotels, but what makes up for this was that they individually wrap the bagels, muffins, and bread, which is very important given the COVID situation we are in. I wish I took photos, but the hotel has been renovated and has a more modern day feel to it compared to past photos posted here. My room was facing the fields, and the street has a quiet feel to it, but you can see the highway in the distance. The elevator was working until the very end of my stay, where I then had to take the stairs to get to the lobby. I noticed an out-of-order sign on the first floor, but not on the other floors. It would have been a bit better if out-of-order signs were posted on the other floors. My bathroom was clean, and the shower had those giant bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that are attached to the shower wall. I accessed the business center to print out my boarding pass for my flight home, but had difficulties printing out my boarding pass. The lady at the counter was very nice to help me print my boarding pass and went out of her way to get it printed for me. read more

This Residence Inn by Marriott in Springdale Arkansas was a treat, as a band we are constantly looking for the best deal, typically sacrificing quality, what a wonderful surprise! The area was safe and quiet, the front desk was friendly and welcoming, the elevator was working (seriously it's a plus) the rooms were clean and spacious, the shower and bathroom had Paul Mitchel soap, shampoo and conditioner (nice touch) and the bed was the best I've had away from home. I woke up early for the breakfast and they had iced coffee, such a nice bonus in the summer. The gym was small but perfect and the privacy was appreciated. I am so thankful we chose to stay here, it really was a nice change for this traveling musician. read more

Terrible. They are in the middle of a renovation but should understand the condition of the premises and not put guests in rooms with missing baseboards, showers that are cold, toilets that don't work. We drove 9 hours to attend my daughter's robotics team competition. We were late to the competition because we had to wait for the repairman for the toilet and to fix the shower (my whole family has already taken cold showers because we needed to get going). The front desk staff said I would be compensated with points or a night, neither happened, so much for that. The repairman also really seemed bothered he had to be working. That might be my impression but it was how he made me and my family feel. Obviously management could not be bothered to follow up. I regularly stay at Marriott as a club member, but I will definitely avoid this location if I ever have to come back for future events. This property is a poor reflection of Marriot. read more

We chose this hotel for a birthday party, and relaxation. The website shows a spa, which is the ONLY reason I paid an additional $30 above normal Marriott properties in the area. Nowhere on their site does it state they spa is out of service, with no intention of fixing it. I was told by the staff that they plan to remove it- would be nice if you wouldn't falsely advertise that you have a spa, when in reality you don't! Marriott is going down hill in a hurry- time to find another chain to use!! read more

I love the consistency from Residence Inn to Residence Inn. Very spacious and comfortable. This one impressed me even more as silly me, I left my glasses on the bathroom counter and they called me just an hour later and had them waiting at the front desk. Very much appreciated! read more

Stayed July 15-19. There were piles of garbage left at the outside door in and around the garbage can for two days. It was to the point that you couldn't go through the door without walking through flies and ants. I mentioned it to the front desk ...she said "I know" and 12 hours later the garbage around the can was picked up by the trash can was not emptied. Disgusting. Housekeeping Staff is limited, I understand, but when I called the front desk to see if we could get two clean bath towels, I was told that "I don't have any. They are all with housekeeping. Housekeeping starts on the third floor so you can go find housekeeping and get them." Really? Really? We are titanium elite Marriott members and you tell me to go track down housekeeping? No. And overall this residence inn is run down and dirty. The couch in our room had a huge rip in the upholstery and half the plug ins didn't work. This place was just not up to par - not even close - to the usual Marriott experience. It was also a loud hotel despite being on the end of a floor near the staircase in what was described to me at check in as a "quiet room." And because this hotel is so dated, it has the hotel room doors that slam every time they close. Not a pleasant stay. Do better please. read more

I really loved staying at the Residence Inn in Springdale Arkansas, the room itself was clean and comfortable, plenty of room and all the amenities I would hope for in a room, good water pressure, comfortable bed, etc. The hotel as a whole was great, throughout my stay the staff were there and very responsive to any issues I had. They had a great breakfast available in the mornings and a gym that was small but totally adequate for getting a workout. During the day you had lots of options to spend time at the hotel, there was a great indoor pool, a firepit to hang with friends and even a mini basketball court. This hotel was a perfect mix of affordable and comfortable and I'll be looking out for Residence Inn's as well as returning to this location if I'm ever in the area. read more
