I get the appeal and the benefit of being able to purchase a rundown house, inexpensively, renovate it and then sell it making a profit. I have done it myself several times over the years...That's all good, but this was not that! and this is way too small a state to do business this way.

Due to the location of our property line and the small space he was working with, he and his crew had to wheelbarrow out all the dirt and bring in all the gravel.
