During our first meeting she came prepared and gave us her honest opinion and not what we wanted to hear or a low ball number to sell the house quickly without effort. She actually did her research and had documentation to back it up. We had realtors tell us how many years of experience and certificates they had, which meant nothing. We had realtors who had high energy, looked slick and talked slick about how they were the best but proved to be unaccommodating and we felt like we worked for them instead of the other way around. We finally went with our instincts and chose Maureen and she sold our Attleboro home during the first open house. Maureen was very accommodating. She had open houses when we wanted them, and had them for the length of time that we wanted which no other realtor would do. She actually cared about what we wanted and did whatever we asked without hesitation. She even did things that she did not have to do to ensure the deal closed, including chasing for certificates and permits. Maureen is a very honest person and has impeccable characteristics. She treated us like family which was very much appreciated. The only complaint we have is that we did not use her as our first realtor and that is on us.
