But wait, you can't even eat every fruit or vegetable. There's so many on the list of foods that are off limits such as bananas and corn. A long list of prohibited foods. But you don't get any of this information until two weeks after you sign up and go back for your visit with the dietitian. By this point they already got you signed up on one of their no interest payment plans for $2500 or more dollars. At least 80% of the foods they tell you to eat I can't because I'm very sensitive to food taste and only eat certain foods. Tried to cancel after I got my food plan. Was told had to meet with Dr. Sandra in person. Fine whatever. Meet with her, explain I can't take the supplements as I can't stand the taste, can't follow food plan ect. So she's telling me well not everyone follows the food plan but they still loose weight. They had one guy that just ate junk food and still lost 50 pounds in 6 months. Ok, sure, I highly doubt it. Just admit you not going give me any money back. She goes on to tell me the important thing is to use the creams and get your body into the fat burning mode. And no excercise required!! They actually recommend you dont excercise. Pretty interesting that you can loose weight without exercising. Then we went over what I ate on a typical day, ok well maybe you should take that out and add some more fruit here. Plus we'll change the creams your using and add some on. Don't bother wasting your money with this place. Go to your doctor and talk to them. Get some real medication for weightloss. You don't have to do the shots. There's different pills available that will help curb your appetite. Learn to eat healthy. Told my doctor exactly what I was eating daily, same things I had told Dr. Sandra who told me to change. My doctor said it was perfect, just add in some protein after the gym. As yes, exercise is very important for weightloss. I do High Intensity Interval Training Cardio along with lifting weights, swimming and exercise classes at the gym 5 days a week. I'm down 20 pounds in 4 months without the creams, supplements, alkaline water or any of the other crazy garbage they try to sell you. Remember slow and steady wins the race. You have to learn how to eat the right way from the beginning. Not starve yourself for 6 months or however long to loose a ton of weight and then try to figure out how to eat a normal diet cause you'll just gain all that weight back.
