Mark was the consummate professional from the very first phone call. He took the time to carefully hear my thoughts and ideas and reviewed sample photos that I sent him, before coming out and doing the work. His crew did impeccable work - it was as precise and neat as it possibly could have been which included cutting new downspout drain holes in existing gutters and patching old ones. The communication that had been so key early on had faded, and I honestly didn't know if we were on the schedule or had been completely punted. I had to follow up to ensure things were on track. It took multiple weeks to have someone out. I think it's because of the frequent rains throwing off the schedule, but again it felt my messages were sort of going to a void. They gave me about an hours notice when someone was coming out, and he did a really nice job. I was very surprised when I got the bill and it was $125 more than it's ever been in the past. Especially surprising because the email thread we had been going back and forth in had our prior invoice at $275, not at $400. When I asked what was up they cited that it took their employee three hours and my gutters were more clogged than before. To me, nothing has really changed, if anything we have had more trees trimmed back, and more importantly, I didn't know that would affect the cost so dramatically. It had been under a year and half since I last had them out. Had I known, I absolutely would've gone with a more reasonable option. I also felt like their response was a bit off-putting, and I'm surprised because again we've hired them at least three times and I've had such positive interactions up until now. I'll be looking elsewhere moving forward; they do a nice job, and are a professional enough company, but the lack of customer service and shockingly high bill will have me finding a new go-to for my annual gutter cleanings.

We talked through everything and then they used a drone to take footage of the house and see what issues there were. Afterwards we looked through it together and came up with a plan. They came back a week or so later for a full gutter cleaning. Overall the process was so easy and we could pay online which I also liked. I don't think they are the cheapest but I felt like they did a good job, and I really appreciated how easy they were to work with.

They are a small locally owned business. His crews are always courteous and thorough in performing their job duties. Most recently they performed leaf removal from my gutters in December 2025. Prior to their arrival Amazon packages were left on my front door steps in plain view from the street. The crew went above and beyond to relocate the packages from street view. I don't know about you but this is the type of company I like to hire for services. They are 10 star company.

Noticed when we bought our home a few years back that there were new gutters and downspouts, except for a key area around our side porch. One group told us "oh, you can't have gutters there based on blah blah blah." I was discouraged and went another rainy season without them, only to have water slapping off the sides and messing with the foundation around it. This group came out, sized it up quickly, explained how they would go about putting gutters on, and that it wouldn't be difficult. I think the group who said I couldn't have gutters on this part was speaking in code for: this is a small job and we don't want to do it. Fortunately, the Gutter Cover crew did. They were really booked out, so we put this on the calendar and waited a month or so. This was one area for improvement. After I signed on to have the work done, there was zero communication, no emails, follow ups, calendar reminders, nothing. I even forgot about it, so I gave them a call to check in and then I was put on the calendar for the following day. Not a big deal, but a confirmation email would've been nice. The work was done quickly, and while it's dusty and dry with no rain in sight, I'm sure they'll hold up well. One thing I want to add to close this out. It isn't the biggest job, and the name of the biz is Gutter Cover, so naturally they would want to sell me on those. The guy I visited with picked up quickly that it wasn't of interest to me at this time, and wasn't pushy or rude. I really appreciated that and it gave me confidence to book them.
