They went above and beyond to get the venting in our attic upgraded, they sealed some wood rot on our chimney just to buy us some time so it wouldn't leak before we could get new siding and paint, and they did a cleanup and inspection three times. I had loved working with this group over the years for quality gutter cleaning, but unfortunately something must've shifted. My latest experience was just OK. The communication that had been so key early on had faded, and I honestly didn't know if we were on the schedule or had been completely punted. I had to follow up to ensure things were on track. It took multiple weeks to have someone out. I think it's because of the frequent rains throwing off the schedule, but again it felt my messages were sort of going to a void. They gave me about an hours notice when someone was coming out, and he did a really nice job. I was very surprised when I got the bill and it was $125 more than it's ever been in the past. Especially surprising because the email thread we had been going back and forth in had our prior invoice at $275, not at $400. When I asked what was up they cited that it took their employee three hours and my gutters were more clogged than before. To me, nothing has really changed, if anything we have had more trees trimmed back, and more importantly, I didn't know that would affect the cost so dramatically. It had been under a year and half since I last had them out. Had I known, I absolutely would've gone with a more reasonable option. I also felt like their response was a bit off-putting, and I'm surprised because again we've hired them at least three times and I've had such positive interactions up until now. I'll be looking elsewhere moving forward; they do a nice job, and are a professional enough company, but the lack of customer service and shockingly high bill will have me finding a new go-to for my annual gutter cleanings. read more

This past summer we reached out to HT for a quote on a gutter cleaning and assessment on what figured was likely a clogged gutter. They were super fast getting back to me and quickly scheduled an assessment with their team. The folks that came out were very friendly and professional. We talked through everything and then they used a drone to take footage of the house and see what issues there were. Afterwards we looked through it together and came up with a plan. They came back a week or so later for a full gutter cleaning. Overall the process was so easy and we could pay online which I also liked. I don't think they are the cheapest but I felt like they did a good job, and I really appreciated how easy they were to work with. read more

This company is amazing. My family is under a tremendous amount of stress, not to mention having the tree that demolished part of my deck and a bit of my roof. We are along the 95th St. Storm track. The President, Mr. Licio Tamburlini, is an expert in his field and worked hard to help me understand how to get my house back to it's original condition. . I am trying to sell my home at the same time-he's on every detail. I am overwhelmed. Honest, kind, service friendly, detail oriented. Knowledgeable. Super hard workers. Book them now. Lucio helps navigate w insurance-one person w his organization handles that for all clients! They work w adjusters. As a side note-I am a single female. Bob Hamilton and AB May have blatantly tried to rip me off. $7-9k for nothing! Very pushy and suggested they were just the men I needed to stand in for a husband. These companies prey on our lack of knowledge and fear for our safety. Young and mature, make or female. I do not think HT will take a job they can't do expertly. And that says a whole lot. We moved to Olath in NOVEMBER of 2018, one of the best things in our new home was the attic, which will become my office/hobby room. I found this company on Nextdoor, and not only were the prices reasonable, the quality of work was great. I had them do the hard work on an attic space so I could finish out the rest in my style. Both Lucio and Hector were just great. They took great pride in the product they did, and have told me once I paint, if any problems arise to call them and they will fix it. They also did some wiring and lights. I'm so pleased with the work they have done. But the pics are the best proof. I know when I need a new roof, I'll be calling them back. read more

I Hired HT Roofing to power wash my driveway and sidewalk. I've had it done by others before. They both have a custom finish that's hard to clean. HT R&C did the very best job by far!!
