I made appointments for me and my daughter for a wedding. Arrived and had a very uncomfortable check in. The lady was unclear, we had to ask many questions to get answers on what kind of nails. We were seated and waited awhile, a man started on my nails and was almost finished before anyone started on my daughter's nails. I've had better service! read more

I'm usually not like this, but I gave this place 3 tries. Out of the 3 times, i've only enjoyed once and that was Kim she did my nails and they were amazing!! I went about a week ago for a new set and within 2 days 2 nails broke, and now i'm missing 3 and it hasnt even been 2 weeks!! The man who did my nails was very rough and snippy for no reason! This trip also consisted of there dryer in the back room burning and consisted of smoke coming out too all the customers, I even watched some ladies asked to be moved because it was too much for them, I would personally offer my customers a discount or something for this inconvenience, I say this is just karma for them!! I have always had a hard time getting anyone to get the length right on my nails. I was so amazed that someone finally got it right! This was my first time getting the dipped nails. I had some B-Day money that my daughter gave me to get my nails done, so I thought I would treat myself to the dipped nails and Classic manicure for $45. After the nails where finished I couldn't wait for the manicure. Not really knowing all I got was cuticle clipped, and a massage that lasted 1 minute per hand. Now a week later I was looking on the website to see which manicure I wanted next, to my surprise the Classic reads CLASSIC MANICURE Basic nails/cuticles maintenance for men and women to keep hands looking and feeling soft. Mask treatment wrapped in warm-hot towels to exfoliate and invigorating hands massage. What hot towels? I didn't get that!!! Very disappointed. And how long is the massage suppose to last? I may try them one more time to see. I didn't think going back a week later and saying something wouldn't get anything done. Also when the guy opened my coke and put the straw in, it went everywhere, he soaked it up with the same towel he used to lay under my hands. Then the bottom of the can was bubbled out so it didn't sit level, not to mention it was hot. I will give it another shot, or hopefully if someone sees this I get a discount or something on my next visit. read more

I'd have to say as a male customer they did great on my pedicure. A little pricey but the boss keeps after her employees to do it right. It felt great once it was finished. I've been there twice and was pleased both times. Now I would recommend the eyebrow trim, to high of a price. Loved the chairs and the warm water on my feet. I will go back there. I stopped here while on a road trip, my nails needed a recharge! Great place for nails, only got a refill so I can't vouch for other services, but the shop is very clean and very nicely decorated. Customer service was slightly daunting at first, almost like they weren't sure what was happening and which tech was meant be where, but they did a great job and it was very reasonably priced. I had been a customer since the day they opened and never experienced any issues at all until the past year. For instance, last few times I have had a pedicure the tech rushed through it, never cleaned the dead skin from under/around my nails, the massage was non-existent (Instead of massaging my legs she slapped my legs and slapped the bottom of my feet, it was very weird). She was way too busy talking to the other nail techs who were all piled into the spa chairs behind the sofa fountain and taking selfies and giggling. The snobby lady who works at the front desk has been rude and hateful on more than one occasion. She is not helping this business earn customers at all. The only person there that really seems to care is the gentleman at the front, I believe his name is Tim. Another time the guy sat down to do my nails and to my shock he cut my nails off, when I looked shocked he asked what was wrong. I told him that my nails were acrylic and he had just cut them off. He told me some made up crap about how the acrylic was drying out my cuticles and that I should use the dip powder. I told him that I didn't like the dip powder but he assured me he could make me like them. I still hated it. So in one month I paid for 3 BRAND NEW SETS OF NAILS! Then the rude girl at the front made me pay for them removing my old nails and she charged me full price for the new set of nails. I'm still mad about it! Out of all my dozens of friends that I have referred to this salon, only one is still going due to the same on-going issues! read more

This nail spa truly has a spa feel. It's so peaceful and everyone was so friendly! They did a great job and my pedicure has lasted. They definitely took their time making sure that my feet looked great and were summer-ready! I would like to start with I NEVER write reviews but that's how bad my experience has been with them 3 times now. The first time I went my experience wasn't bad but not the best, so I thought to myself I'll give them another shot. 2nd time I went I was there almost 3 hours, I asked for a pedicure and nails. Usually the nail person comes to your chair and does your nails while you are getting a pedicure, not this time. I sat down and got a pedicure, as I sat there 17 people walked in asking for nails and the front desk lady put them all before me. So my pedicure was over and I sat there and waited 20 minutes for a nail tech than once I got one, the front desk lady moved him to someone else so I sat again and went through 4 nail techs before someone started my nails. I went back for the 3rd time today, just to get my designs fixed (I went to a different place for the nails) and the front desk lady said "the design lady doesn't have time to only fix designs" so I said "she's too busy to make money?" And the front desk lady said "yes, you can come back at like 3 or 4 if you want". There were 2 people in the entire shop, it was Monday morning and she's too busy??! Horrible service, wouldn't recommend it at all. It was my first time been there, I am new to the area and I saw really good review. At the beginning everything was good I went to get a pedi and my nail done. I requested to get acrylic nail and just the regular pink, no polish nothing like that. The lady that was in the front desk ask me if I wanted dip since I said pink and I just no thanks just acrylic natural no color. She walked me to the nail station, a gentleman took care of my nail and once we we're almost done he ask me if I wanted gel or regular polish, I said regular he kept insisting me that gel was better and last long. I said thank you but regular is fine, once he was done filling my nails he ask me make a decision gel or regular. Which by that time I had already told him regular twice. He got up and never came back they change me to the pedi station, the lady that help me wasn't clean at all !!!!!! When she was preparing the water I had my feet in, and she took her feet out of her shoe and started to touch her toes with the gloves she was gonna used on me!!!!! She also made one of my toes bleed . Oh and they are not using the social distancing at all!!!!! Before I left the nail section they sat a lady next to me, when there majority of the spots were empty and same thing for the pedi section. My teenage daughter and two friends went to get their nails done. I asked my daughter how much she paid and it didn't seem right. So I got her receipt and went in to tell them they needed to refund my daughter a charge for extras long nails. The boy at the front desk said he needed to see her nails. I told him regardless if she wasn't told about the charge it shouldn't have been added. So I brought her in they saw they weren't long and the lady went to give her the refund. Well the boy decided to come back up and argue with me about I should have came with her. So basically if you don't go with your teenage daughter they will try to get over on them by adding bogus charges. Then he continued arguing with me instead of saying sorry she shouldn't have been charged that. Then he ended with please don't come back. Don't give this place your business. read more

do not go to this salon. this is the worst nail salon i have ever been to in my life! my dip nails were ripped off from my fingers with a an acrylic nail. he didn't soak my dip polish off with acetone (he refused to). he peeled the aryclic nails & some of my nails off with a fake nail. then he buffed them after. it hurt really badly!! this left my nail bed thinner. following, my nails were over filed along the covers deep into my skin, leaving me with cuts on my fingers. to make matters worst, later i'm charged for long nails, when they are clearly short. the technicians also forgot to do services- they didn't cut my cuticles (even though i paid for a pedi), didn't receive a manicure like requested, and didn't receive rhinestones (like requested). it isn't the customer's job to walk you through how to do my nails!! invest in matching gel nail polish & dip polish color sample books. customers do not want mismatch nails-it's not classy or sexy. a nail salon should be were customers can come to relax! ladies if you are ever treated this way please pay for what was properly done & walk out! never return. also, this place has been known to be racist to people of color. do yourself a favor and go a salon who knows what they are doing & care about people & love to do nails. if i could give negative stars, i would give -5. read more

Avoid this place unless you know who works there that will do a good job. 6/11/2018-My first time trying this place was for a spa pedicure and it was great! I had a busy week and returned for just a polish change a couple of weeks later. The woman who helped me with the polish change was older and did not do the best job. I was super disappointed in that. Updated on 7/23/2018-I've returned two times now and have decided to move on. On 6/21 I got a gel manicure from Amy-it looked awesome, but started to peel just two days later since the polish was right on my cuticles. My French pedicure from Lauren the same day was pretty decent. On 7/19 I had Nancy for a pedicure and it ended up looking like a toddler painted my nails. I was super disappointed and on my lunch break with no time for a re-do. I'm over this place being mediocre, I'd rather go spend my money that will do a much better job. read more

Asked for the nail tech to help me find a similar dip color to the gel color for toes. He refused and stood over me telling me to pick. There were like 13 similar colors and the colors are always different than the book slightly. I picked and it was very wrong lol and asked if he again would help me.... he packed his box up (my fingers still in foil) and walked away to go to someone else's nails. Long review but if you're picky about your nail shop read on...This place use to be my regular nail shop as they were doing a consistently good job. I used the nail tech Jasmine and she did well. The first problem was their appointments you make one and still wait 30 minutes for your tech then they rush and nick your cuticles til u bleed.Then the price fluctuates one time its $5 for long nails next its $10. The last two times I went a nail broke the next day. On my final visit I asked Jasmine to make my nails a little thicker so they wouldn't break she insisted on doing a different technique (brush instead of dip) said it would cost me an additional 10 then told me I should make an appointment with someone else next time if I didn't like them. I told the manager I was really offended by her comment and she did not seem to care or offer an apology. I spent quite a bit of money at this place even bringing friends and family. I will never return. There are way to many nail salons to put up with service like this. read more

I had gel nail polish on prior to the classic manicure I received. The lady who is always at the front rang me up twice 1 being 5$ take off with service, 2nd being 10 take off only!!! She removes the 5$ and leaves the 10$ charge. I clearly received a service so it should have been 5$. I tell her the amount is incorrect she gets so rude with me and tries to tell me I am wrong. Everyone at this time pretends to not know what is going on. THEN she starts to talk so much crap about me in a different language with me still standing there telling her it's wrong. I wouldn't recommend coming here they could be getting over on you and y'all don't even know it!! Also no one wanted to help me solve this issue everyone pretended to not hear what was going on. I've been going to this nail salon for over a year and love it just as much as day one. The staff here is always incredibly kind, patient, and proud of the work that they do. I think a lot of people have hesitation to explain thoroughly what they want and aren't satisfied when it doesn't come out looking exactly like what they had in mind. A little communication about what you actually want goes a long way and I've always found the technicians here to be very receptive to fixing little things. I've had three different services from here. The first time I went in was following their grand opening, and it was just to have my eyebrows waxed. The lady performing the service spoke such little English that I couldn't communicate to her she was pinching my skin with the tweezers so I just endured it. The second time I went in, I wanted a full set with the dip and and a pedicure. They did both at the same time, which is certainly efficient, but it also meant I couldn't lie back and relax, enjoy my drink, etc. The tech doing my dip had sort of an attitude and did say he was having a bad day. He did an alright job, some of the nails looked lumpy, but the dip coating stayed on for a long time. As for the pedicure, the tech was very gentle, which I appreciated, but a week later I had a hang nail on one of my small toes, something I have never had in my life. The third time, and certainly my last, the nail tech was very nice, but he did a bad job on my nails. My service was supposed to be the full dip with a manicure package, which I initially thought was a great deal. So he started with the dip process first, but I specified I would like the manicure first so I could get my cuticles cleaned up and expose more nail on the nail bed. So after briefly soaking my fingers in plain water, he cut my cuticles. I got nicked on one finger, and on some others, I could see some skin peels just hanging out. That said, he did give me a hand massage afterward. It was never explained what all came with the package manicure, so I'm assuming it's getting the cuticles cleaned and a hand massage. So he did the nail dip, and not only did he not cover like four nails from edge to edge, when I asked him about one, he said it was fine. He also covered my cuticles with the dip on some of my fingers, including both index fingers and thumbs on my right and left hand, such that the next day when the skin began to separate from the hardened dip coating, they were already snagging my hair. I will not be returning to this place, despite them being less than 2 miles from my house. They are, however, very clean and the establishment is visually appealing. The ladies working the front are always available and polite, and they have an app for customer discounts that is convenient to use. No punch card is necessary, once enough points are accrued on your account, you get a discount. It's a shame I have been dissatisfied with the services; the techs are so nice (with the exception of Mr. Attitude), it's clean, appears hygienic, it's close and uses an app. Maybe I just got unlucky, but I won't be returning to find out. read more

I have been getting my nails done every 3 weeks for 10+ years. I have never had a worse experience than when I came here. I just moved to Burleson and decided to give them a try. I walked in and waited 35 minutes when they told me 15. They took two other walk-ins that came in after me first. Never once offered me a drink and then sat me at a station with half-empty drinks from the previous customer. When someone finally did start my fill, he treated me as if I was the biggest hindrance. He was in such a rush he didn't even sit down. Literally stood to do my nails. It was like watching someone in fast-forward. He was so rushed it hurt and my nails were completely crooked. The icing on top of the cake was when I got my receipt and saw that they charged for a "cut down." I was getting a fill and asked for them to be a little shorter and he "filed" them down with his drill which took 4.5 seconds. These were just the highlights. I could go on and on about the issues this place has. Stay away. read more

I went to this spa and was literally in tears over the sevice I received. Not sure what the tech heard the front desk lady state the service I wanted, but it was very wrong. I ordered very short tip solar nails. He had to take my old nails off, which were short tipped solar. He started my new set and something wasn't right, but I couldn't figure out what because I'm not a nail tech and I was for sure he got my service order right, especially since he took off the old set. All he had to do was give me a new set of what he took off. He got around to putting the pink part of the solar and my mind was still confused. Well I finally realized that he was going to put a tip on my nail. I asked was he going to put a tip on and he said that it was too late and it will be ok. Come back in 2 week and then you can get nail with tips. I stated that I was very unhappy and didn't not want my nails with out a tip. I did not order sevice for nails with out a nail tip on my solar nail. My hand looked VERY BAD. HE HAD CUT OFF ALL OF MY REAL NAILS AND WANTED TO PUT SOLAR NAILS ON MY NUBS!!!!! I began to cry that he was basically telling me to deal with it and he wasn't going to change anything. I was so upset that I was going to leave their establishment with something that I totally didn't order and he act as if he didn't care and almost had a smile on his face. I finally stated that I was unhappy and he began yelling stating that I'm going to have to pay anyway. Began to yell in front of everyone. I was such a violent and verbal abusive attack on me in public. They tried to make me understand that it was what I ordered. Finally the owner gave me another tech, but upon checking out they charged me for the take-off to replace what the other tech put on my nails. I will never go to another nail spa AGAIN. I went and found me a personal nail tech that got her booth rental. I might have to make appointments in advance, but it's worth. I'm not going to be spending my money for something that I didn't order. I work to hard and like to treat my self a few times a month to something nice.
