They do get a tiny credit for accepting UPS boxes so please utilize them. They'll let you know the pick up times for UPS, USPS (think priority flat rate boxes), etc. so if you record the times in your contacts you can be sure to get your boxes out timely. I don't know if they have the same ownership. I went here to do a temu return. The lady scanned the item, printed the labels and THEN told me I needed to either box or bag the item. I asked if I can just get the label so I can package it and come back to another store. She said no it has to be there at that location and I have to come back today. Fine, I went to the car and put it in a white shopping bag ready to be taped up. She said no it has to be a brown bag or box. I could buy a bag yhere for $4.50. I'm not paying that on principle. At this point the lady was being rude to me telling me to calm down. If she communicated all of this earlier this could've been avoided. I feel like their practices are poorly communicated at best. The lady's attitude only made things worse and there was a younger girl tuat was much more helpful and friendly. She was actually trying to help. Avoid you were warned.
