I understand life happens, but she never communicated throughout the process that there would be delays. It took me persistently emailing her first to finally receive a rough draft of my resume and cover letter. After confirming all the information was correct, I never received an email with the finalized proofread copies. I had to take it upon myself to proofread and edit everything. When I communicated my concerns and dissatisfaction with service, she offered no solution or partial refund and has never followed up with me since.
