She was interrupting me constantly and when I would continue to talk she would tell me to "stop, stop, stop" as if I'm some child. She even went on to twist my words in front of me and my lady. When I told her stop talking to me like I'm your child. She then twisted and said "aren't you the one that said you're not immature" she was actually referring to when I said "stop talking to me like I'm your child" which frustrated me even more. She then also went on to laugh at me while I was on the call. So I asked her why the appointment was rescheduled if it was placed months in advance. She responded with "well we're all humans and things happen" ? What kinda of response is that? As a supervisor myself you don't talk like that, especially in the field you work in. She ended up contacting the manger Ms Darlene and although I will say in the her tone was respectful. The words in which she chose were not. She apologized FOR THE WAY I MAY HAVE INTERPRETED ANA. WHAT THE HELLY FR and then she asked me what I was looking to achieve ? And I said "accountability for the way your supervisor is representing you all" and she said (THE FREAKING MANAGER) said I'm not gonna give you the satisfaction. I'm not saying I was in the right but I would die on hill to say that after the first situation and being told misinformation and cancelled on before, that having an appointment set 25 days in advanced just to be canceled and then spoken too by the "supervisor" in that condescending passive aggressive intentional tone was justifiably upsetting!!! Look at the other reviews, Ms Ana has been having negative reviews. Women I won't tell you all to not come here but I will say this. If you're looking for rudeness, belittling and unreliability that this is the perfect place for you !! And I'm sorry to Ms Amy and Ms Dora who are very wonderful and professional, great people and great representation of this woman's haven location. They are awesome at their job. I just hope that the people above Ms Darlene see this and act accordingly on the people that they chose to represent them. So sad that woman have to go to a place like this.

This is the best place to get information on pregnancy and women's health. They have education,…read moreclasses, counseling, STD testing, Sonograms, and free clothing for infants to 3T. They also have maternity clothing for free. They are a community organization that takes in these gently worn clothing to share. Their programs are not based on financial situations but needs. They have a program of earning 'bucks' through continuing education classes, including birthing classes, parenting classes etc. that allows you to 'earn' needed baby items like cribs, car seats, clothing and such. My daughter and niece have used their resources, and it was such a blessing. Our community is so blessed to have these services available for everyone, but especially those who wouldn't have these resources available to them!

I was welcomed with warm arms and a welcome basket with goodies to make my stay more comfortable. When I moved out they even provided me with a fridge and bedroom furniture, as I didn't have anything other than what they gave me. I was blessed by their generosity and thoughtfulness. I will forever be grateful for Breath of life and the work they do for women who find themselves in similar circumstances.

It was very nice to walk into an establishment like this. It's really easy to skip over reading consent forms, but I suggest reading the forms they send out prior to you being seen. They set expectations very well! I knew exactly what to expect walking in here, because they make sure to tell you so you are not surprised. They tell you what they can do and what they don't support. I love that they do this, because they give everyone an opportunity to look over what this establishment has to offer and we either sign our signature agreeing to or toss it and move on, haha. The choice is ours :) I felt cared for and the lady who I spoke to was super sweet and very knowledgeable! The only thing I didn't quite understand was that after getting an ultrasound, I asked if they were able to tell me anything about baby. Of course they said no, which I totally understand, I just didn't know if they were anything like the hospital techs that can't tell much so I just asked to be sure. The thing is with that, they said they send the ultrasound off to the doctor and the doctor looks over everything to make sure everything is well with baby....it just didn't make sense as to why if they send it over to a doctor they couldn't call me or anything to let me know if baby was doing wonderful...? They offer so many different classes and programs to take advantage of, so you are learning away and earning away because they have something in place where you can get pampers, baby clothes (nice quality) and all kinds of stuff!!! They really have a nice setup! Yea, I didn't understand that one thing, but overall I'd recommend :)

New address: 1881 Medical Pkwy San Marcos, TX 78666 United States The resource/MAP (Material Assistance Program) room had all kinds of things for parents and the program itself is just wonderful. They also have parenting classes and other resources that are great for families. Free ultrasounds, pregnancy testing, STI testing, and counseling for anyone. It was good to hear about the amount of male staff/"coaches" who were available for men coming in with questions or parenting help as well. Super cool. Definitely check it out for yourself.
