I can't believe I spent 2 years trying to advocate for myself just for Sara Bushur to say you have to suck it up. If you have the ability to go literally anywhere else, please do so.

Front office then tells me there was a text but NOW I had unsubscribed from their text messaging system. HOW CONVIENT. I guess is all about CYOA and money at the end of the day. The year I'm preparing to depart this city, I find an Ophthalmologist, a Dentist & GYN I like (still working on that PCP). Anyway, Dr. Osowo listened. She believes in Body Autonomy, so you're informed & involved in your decisions instead of just being told what you should do. I felt that if I needed something and was unreasonable she would be clear & direct protecting her license and helping you help yourself. Now...I won't say it's a fast in and out. The long waiting period was in the waiting room the 1st time I went but it was also a mid afternoon appointment. My follow up appointment, I scheduled the 1st appointment of the day and I was in and out. If you're looking for a great GYN, look no more.

You are waiting in the lobby for about 30 minutes to an hour, then another hour when they take you to the back. Let's not get started when you need urgent care, they basically say "oh sorry, I can't do anything unless you come into the office" ....wow great see ya in 2 months despite me needing URGENT care!!! THE WORST OFFICE EXPERIENCE!!!! So safe to say my 4 daughters and I will be transferring to another doctor!

My significant other was transferred here for gallbladder surgery, and from the moment we arrived, the stay was filled with safety concerns, poor communication, and lack of compassion. We found another patient's urine sample left in his care area, used medical supplies near the bed, and immediately questioned whether the room had even been cleaned. The worst part came after surgery when he was left alone in severe 10/10 pain for about 40 minutes despite calling for help multiple times. No nurse came until I physically went looking for her and demanded help. (Jamila) 3rd Floor Discharge was just as bad. The nurse openly admitted she had not even read his discharge orders, gave no verbal instructions about medications or home care, and rushed him out only hours after surgery. He ended up having to walk downstairs because they used the wheelchair for our belongings. (Mary) 3rd Floor A few staff members were kind and compassionate, and I truly appreciate them, but overall this experience felt unsafe, neglectful, and deeply disappointing. No patient should need a family member present just to make sure basic care happens.

They came quickly and due to testing…read moreresults, they thought she had a stroke and said they needed to take her to this hospital as it is best for stroke patients. I did everything I needed to do at the house so that I could follow them to the hospital. Upon arriving at the hospital, parking is bad, at best. Then trying to navigate in the hospital requires a tour guide, breadcrumbs, and a compass. They let me in the emergency room and told me what little room she was in. These are rooms off the main emergency room, and they are small, and not made for visitors. One thing I noticed getting into the area was all the patients in beds lining the hallway. After doing all their testing on my wife, the doctor advised that she had not had a stroke. The reason she passed out was due to a tumor pressing on a vein. He wanted to do surgery the next morning. My wife never got a room that night, and I found out what it was like to sleep in a 5th grade plastic lunch chair to sleep in/on. They rolled us to surgery first thing the next morning, and we were visited by multiple doctors and nurses. Finally, the surgeon arrived to talk with us. He had a list of questions he went over with my wife. One of them had to do about whether or not she had taken any kind of medications in the last week. When he found that she had taken Advil within the last 7 days, he said we can't do the surgery because of complications from taking it. He said we would have to reschedule. That turned out to be a godsend. Will I return? As the doctors and nurses we saw appeared to be very capable, I was not impressed with the hospital itself. They are very busy and crowed with not enough rooms for the people they are treating. I don't know if that overcrowding was just that day, or if it is the usual way of doing business. Maybe San Antonio doesn't have enough hospitals. I would go to this hospital, but I prefer to go where we ended up at Methodist Stone Oak.

I had such wonderful care during pregnancy, during labor, and during postpartum care . They even could see me struggling emotional when I couldn't see to voice. They asked questions that really were healing- the deep hidden ones you don't know needed to be asked until you feel complete peace after talking through it all. I knew I had such support no matter how the birth story was going to end. Such words of wisdom, lots of hugs, support through all my questions and concerns- especially for my first. I KNEW I was in good care. Never felt brushed off. Never felt rushed, never felt my information was neglected. Happy to say all 3 of my babies were born safely, healthy, and with a perfectly perfect experience- all that I could ever wanted. Joi, Jordan and Erika all saw me and all were at one of my births. Stayed with us, gave us space, checked in on us, coached us during go time etc. They are family to us and even the grandparents highly adore them. I am now about to venture to them for my last baby and I can't wait for another and final journey with them.

They dropped the ball the day my fiancé went into labor…read more After my fiancé's water broke at 2am, Erica made us wait 15 hours to see us at 5pm because the contractions weren't progressing enough for their standards. When we got there Erica began telling us how much work she had to do and that maybe we should think about going to the hospital since it had already been 15 hours. WTF???? She ultimately sent us home with some essential oils and told us to come back if contractions reached a certain point. She refused to help us, or let us stay and use the room we paid thousands of dollars for... She reminded us again of how much work she had to do that day We trusted these midwives to help us through the labor, ESPECIALLY if it wasn't going perfectly. We wanted someone who cared about our concerns, and our number one concern was a breech baby causing a C section. We hired the doula Erica recommended - both her and Erica said the baby was in perfect position for delivery and they even stopped me from helping my fiancé do some of the "spinning babies" exercises we learned during her pregnancy. Those exercises are designed to help a breech baby get into the correct position. Despite the fact my fiancé was not dilating more as the contractions slowly progressed over 20 hours both of these experts dropped the ball, acted completely confused, and stopped me from helping my fiancé. People like this are the reason I have trust issues, even when somebody claims to be an expert. I'd have done a better job without them. Our baby was breech that's why she wasn't coming out. They didn't have an ultrasound on hand at the birth center to verify the baby's position and when it really came down to it these people were useless when it mattered most. Because our baby stayed in the womb for so long she ended up having some meconium staining on her lungs and had to spend 5 days in NICU after her C section. Thanks birth center. And I wasn't going to say anything about this but why not? A couple times we were there my fiancé saw red flags like other people's urine samples in the bathrooms, and one of the midwives was barefoot for our whole appointment during which she let my fiancé's blood sample rest on the counter for an hour. The blood sample ended up being bad and we had to re draw at the next appointment. Totally wasted $6,600 on this place and the doula they recommended.

Throughout my pregnancy, her office was always so helpful -- answering my questions as an anxious first-time mom and fitting me in for last-minute appointments when needed. My delivery was long and stressful, but Dr. Morales helped me stay calm the entire time. She worked closely with the NICU team to safely deliver my son and ultimately save his life. I had a C-section with my husband by my side, and when I found out my baby needed to go to the NICU, my husband left to be with him. I was terrified of being alone in the operating room, so I asked Dr. Morales if my dad could come in to be with me. She allowed it without hesitation, and that meant more to me than I can put into words. I will forever be grateful for her care, compassion, and support during the most important and emotional time of my life. Thank you to the staff at Willow OBGYN for caring for me. If I could give each of them a big hug | would. I have been struggling this past year and recently had a miscarriage. The staff here has made me feel better and even hopeful about the future. I can't wait until the day l am able to have a baby because I know for certain that I can trust Dr. Morales and her team to provide me with the high quality care that every woman deserves.

Nadia and Cassie, the nurse practitioners, are always incredible, and they are friendly and knowledgeable. With Dr. Morales, I have never felt rushed in any of my appointments-- she takes the time to listen and is not one to rush to prescription drugs when a problem arises-- she considers other methods as well, which is a big deal. As a patient, I absolutely feel seen and heard, and I am confident that I am in the best hands.

I just had a total abdominal hysterectomy this week, and so, it's been a long journey to get here. I feel I have the experience to speak here and give my opinion now. Dr Largoza is patient, kind, knowledgeable, and very, very good at surgery. She was able to give me a less invasive incision than originally thought, and her treatment plan has been fantastic. Methodist hospital and the women's treatment wing where her hysterectomy patients go if staying overnight, also were fantastic. I'm writing this in hopes that someone out there is nervously looking for a new Ob/gyn. If you are, and she is accepting new patients, please set an appointment with her. She's made all the difference for me. Highly, highly recommend her.

They were sure to have included the baby's father and made sure he was also a part of the experience and truly just involved in the miracle that is birth. They coached him during labor so he knew what to do and when. They made sure he felt just as special, valued, and heard as me. I never thought I would have fun giving birth being able to talk, laugh, sing, and be comfortable, feel safe in the scariest part of a lot of moms journeys, but Nikki and her team Made it possible. The lady opening the clinic arrived at 0915 as she was talking on her phone for 15 minutes in her car which was parked next to us. She finally opened the doors and continued with her personal call. and treating my daughter rudely bc I guess my She treated my daughter rudeky As if my daughter was disrupting her call. To top it off this clinic is NOT low cost. It was $350. I could have had her lab drawn for $150 elsewhere. This place has people with nasty attitudes that are extremely lazy and rude. That front desk female that opened the clinic on Saturday was unprofessional and just plane nasty. She was aweful.
