The tests he ran were inconclusive and when I asked him what we was should look into trying next he literally shrugged and said, "get another opinion". Whatever he did prescribe was at his nurse's suggestion and he openly said, doubt that will work". He left my kid completely hopeless that her skin condition was fixable and offered no support or helpful suggestions. The office was also extremely dated and less than clean.

Incredibly friendly and organized staff make each appointment easy and welcoming. Dr Audren herself is wonderfully personable and I walk away feeling progressively better with each treatment. There is plenty of educational documentaton in every spare space, not just regarding chiropractic but encouraging whole-body health. The hours are fantastic; I am always able to get an appointment after work, and despite how busy it can get in there my wait time is never horrific. It's nice to feel that there are professionals who are as concerned about my health as I am (or, as I SHOULD be), and who create such a fantastic atmosphere in their clinics that I leave feeling positive and more empowered to take the best care of myself that I can.

I visited Crestwood for a consultation and received a written quote for the required dental work. However, after the procedure, I was charged an additional $50. As a senior on a fixed income, that extra cost could mean going without food for a week. Unfortunately, I can't eat much anyway. The two teeth that were filled are now extremely sensitive to hot, cold, and pressure--symptoms I didn't have before the procedure. This discomfort has made it difficult to breathe through my mouth, and I can't drink or eat anything hot or cold. To make matters worse, I can't wear the partial denture I paid $600 for because the anchors are too painful to insert. Crestwood Dental has refused to take responsibility for these issues, claiming the dentist who performed the work no longer works there. I am currently reporting Crestwood Dental Clinic to the Alberta Dental Association.

Prior to any work being done, he provides you with all of the dental options available and then even gives you the pros and cons of each one. He then lets you pick the plan you feel most comfortable with, unlike some dentists who just tell you what they are going to do. His office is super clean and they use the latest equipment and technology. Dr Chris is a real down-to-earth person who doesn't make patients feel like he's better than them because he's a dentist/doctor. My kids loved him as well! I would highly reccommend him to anyone and everyone!!!
