The tests he ran were inconclusive and when I asked him what we was should look into trying next he literally shrugged and said, "get another opinion". Whatever he did prescribe was at his nurse's suggestion and he openly said, doubt that will work". He left my kid completely hopeless that her skin condition was fixable and offered no support or helpful suggestions. The office was also extremely dated and less than clean.

Incredibly friendly and organized staff make each appointment easy and welcoming. Dr Audren herself is wonderfully personable and I walk away feeling progressively better with each treatment. There is plenty of educational documentaton in every spare space, not just regarding chiropractic but encouraging whole-body health. The hours are fantastic; I am always able to get an appointment after work, and despite how busy it can get in there my wait time is never horrific. It's nice to feel that there are professionals who are as concerned about my health as I am (or, as I SHOULD be), and who create such a fantastic atmosphere in their clinics that I leave feeling positive and more empowered to take the best care of myself that I can.

After a couple of months I was disappointed in one of the pairs. The glasses felt two heavy and large for my face and kept sliding down. The frames were of good quality, but they just didn't seem to fit. I went back to Optics International, just to see if there was anything they could do to make them fit better. I explained everything to them, and could not believe when they said I could return the glasses and pick out another pair. I found another pair of frames and in about two weeks I had a complete new pair of glasses. I have never had another eyeglass company do that. I purchased glasses at another place several years ago and the plastic color on the frames actually pealed off and I had to fight to get them to replace the frames. I will definitely purchase all my glasses there from now on. The glasses may cost more than some of the cheaper places, but you get two pairs and the services is great and they back up their product.
