I've just tested the asparagus during the two-week special (it comes from the village, so they are…read morereally tasty): asparagus with a vinaigrette, asparagus with morels sauce (yes, I tried it in my friend's plate but he totally agreed before) and I took the pappardelle (a kind of Italian pasta) with asparagus and shrimps... Delicious!! And everything was served with a smile :-) Next time I think I'll book my table before because some people arrived too late and it was still a bit cold to eat outside at the terrace. They also have three rooms with TV and private bathroom (very important from my point of vue). It comes with a breakfast both sweet and salty food. I really like to have a slice of cheese in the morning (yes, I'm Swiss I guess it explains everything, hahaha) Only 10 minutes by foot (ok 15 minutes if you have a look around to the beautiful mountains) from thermal baths of Saillon
