There is a huge variety to choose from, and they always arrive at the table piping hot. Jarret de Porc is outstanding. Their salad (the one with the foie gras) sets the bar. If you have a kiddo, you'll be hoping that they don't finish their émincé de poulet au sauce crème aux champignons with spaetzle so that you can help them clean their plate. The wine list is legendary with pricing dictated from the fact they bought the '85 Bordeaux when it came out in the market! The chef and his staff visited the table regularly chatted asked questions and actually cared about his clientele. The didn't g experience was designed for, and by the old school restaurant goer!
