The game meat is tender, the sauce is rich and tasty though a bit salty but if you eat it with the spätzli, it's just right. This dish went very well with the bottle of Brunello that we ordered. Overall it's a very nice place with good food. Price wise, it's Swiss usual restaurant price ;) we ended paying about CHF 55 per head for a main, dessert, a bottle of wine and 2 bottles of water.
