I had reserved one month ahead of my birthday. Drove by the day of the reservation just to make…read moresure. The same night we walked into the restaurant, 4 adults and 2 children and after hunting down the waitress, I was told our table had been given to another group! Spoke to the "Cheffin", one extremely bitchy older woman who said: "I gave the table to those guys", a table of six for three --probably her Serbo-Croatian friends. Instead of asking her friends if they could move, she just told us: "Ich habe kein Zeit!" This was by far, the most unfriendly, unprofessional and rude service I have ever had! Completely ruined what could've been a real nice birthday night and perhaps a great review! It's obvious, this place does not take reservations! First-come-first-served-friends... Za moj rodjendan rezervisao sam mesto u ovom restoranu mesec dana unapred. Na dan rezervacije svratio sam prepodne da bih potvrdio i bio siguran. Iste veceri ulazimo u restoran, 4 odrasle osobe i 2 male dece, i nakon potere za konobaricom, receno mi je da je nas sto zauzet. Pokusao sam razgovarati sa "seficom", jednom starijom jako neprijatnom zenom, koja mi je rekla " Dala sam sto ovim ljudima", sto za sestoro dat je trojici muskaraca- verovatno njenim srpsko- hrvatsko-bosanskim prijateljima. Umesto da je zamolila njene prijatelje da se premeste za drugi sto, ona nam je samo rekla "Ja nemam vremena." Ovo je bilo blago receno najneprofesionalnija, najneljubaznija i najnepristojnija usluga koju sam doziveo. Potpuno unisteno veoma divno rodjendansko vece i verovatno odlicna preporuka. Ocigledno da ovo mesto ne treba da daje rezervacije. Ko prvi devojci, njemu devojka.
