Der Bacon war in Fett oder Fritteuse gemacht, völlig zusammengekräuselt und geschmacklos. Ich habe noch nie so eine schlechte Mahlzeit für 19,50 € bekommen wie hier. Als ich bezahlte und der Mitarbeiterin sagte, dass das Brötchen extrem trocken sei und sie es selbst sehen könne - es lag unberührt auf dem Teller - meinte sie nur: "Gehen Sie doch zu McDonald's nebenan. Vielleicht haben die etwas, das Ihren Erwartungen entspricht." Ich bin schockiert, so etwas von einem Mitarbeiter zu hören, wenn man als Kunde bezahlt und berechtigte Kritik äußert. Offenbar interessiert sich dieses Unternehmen nicht für seine Kunden - also wird weiterhin schlechter Kram serviert. Ein guter Rat: Geht niemals dort hin - sucht euch ein anderes Lokal. When I paid and told the staff member that the burger bun was extremely dry - she could see for herself that it couldn't be eaten and was left on the plate - she said, "Go over to McDonald's next door, maybe they have something that meets your expectations." I'm shocked to hear something like that from an employee, especially after paying and offering honest feedback. Apparently, this business doesn't care about its customers - so the crap will continue to be served. So here's a good piece of advice: never go there - find somewhere else.

I read some previous reviews and spotted multiple reviews that the staff is being judged as arrogant. This is not the case, it is just the mentality of Northern Germany and I love it!

This is one of the better hotel breakfast buffets in Hamburg. For omelette lovers, the chef can cook up whatever omelette you want with many different vegetables and meats as well as cheese. There are many varieties of pastries and breads to choose from. The mini croissants were fantastic. German croissants are not as oily as the French ones but they are still very crunchy and buttery. Cold cut section was fully stocked and I just love their smoke salmon. There is a coffee and tea station where you can help yourself to freshly brewed coffee and premium tea bags. I always have English Earl Grey tea for breakfast. The servers here at this hotel are the nicest people. They smile all the time. These people are very kind and attentive. Although this Marriott hotel needs some facelift, the people here are suffer friendly and fresh. I will probably stay at this hotel again for my next trip to Hamburg.

The drive-in was very scenic & it's one of those places that you have to know is there in order to find it. The service was great and the food was amazing!, I had one of the house specialties trout blau and was blown away by the quality. My wife had the shrimp skewers with salad and was equally satisfied. Finished off with a coffee, espresso and a small desert. Including drinks, the price was completely reasonable!
