A jewel in the town of Chur, walked in in a whim and was greeted by the Chef and asked if we didn't mind waiting on the food, he would serve us, as he prepares each dish freshly my kind of place! The warm pumpkin salad was delicious, delicate flavors and wonderful textures. Main course was the venison gulasch, the most tender meat you could imagine, the sauce was peppery, flavorful but not imposing, perfect for the venison, side of endive and kale slaw was superb. My only regret was I was not prepared to have the tasting menu, and was under dressed for such a lush meal. When food is prepared with such care, it is not hard to justify its price. read more
