The owners of the restaurant clearly care about food and the enjoyment of their guests. The husband is the chef and the wife runs the 'front of house'. Both clearly have the support of a skilled team. I chose the 45 euro menu and was delighted. Once you have sit down a complimentary tapenade with bread is presented to you. After ordering an amuse bouche of salmon terrine was delivered which was a small yet perfect delight. My first course was a house prepared foie gras terrine with a fruit chutney. Superb! This was followed by a main course of roasted provencal lamb with spring vegetables. I di not choose a dessert instead I ordered a 'plateau du fromage'. All of the courses were beautifully presented with a taste for the region. Throughout the service was attentive without being over bearing. From beginning to end this was a delightful experience.
