I work in…read moreMülheim and frequently walk past the restaurant which looks very classy and always has people inside. We went on 27. December and they had no veal left, sadly. I got a three course menu. The appetizer was a tomato consumme (spelling?) with baby shrimps. I unfortunately did not like the shrimps, I thought they were overcooked and very fishy tasting. Soup was okay. My entree was pork scallopine saltimbocca. The sauce and the prosciutto was good, as well as the vegetables and potatoes. However, the pork was bland and did not taste fresh. My mom's pork Schnitzel tasted better and I ate more of this than my own meal. Dessert was tiramisu which was pretty good but had too much cream and not enough cake. Wine was average. Our server was not very helpful or receptive to our questions. We were the only table there. Disappointed for sure.

My husband and I have been here twice now to eat, once for dinner and once for lunch. We had a really nice dinner in the winter months and were pleased with both our meals and the service. We recently had lunch outside and again, the service was great, but the food was terrible. It reminded us of cafeteria food. The lettuce in the salad was turning brown and appeared to be the prepackaged variety. The fish and lamb were too salty and the potatoes and pasta served as sides were completely bland. After our lunch experience, we do not plan on returning. read more

Ich wohne in Angermund und esse häufig im Mediterran. Es ist mit Abstand das beste Restaurant in Angermund. Das Essen ist immer perfekt zubereitet. Gemäß Jahreszeit werden spezielle Menüs angeboten besonders die Rezepte mit Pfifferlingen sind absolut spitze. Dienstpersonal ist sehr freundlich und effizient. Deutschland ist sicherlich kein Paradies der Gastronomie und so ein Restaurant findet man nicht jeden Tag, besonders mit den relativ günstigen Preisen. Ich kann das Restaurant herzlich weiterempfehlen. read more
