I had heard that Regio was a top spot in Monterrey and that I needed to try the baby goat. I went for it! The waiters do not speak English very well. A kind broken English speaking manager named Alfredo came over and helped me to decide what to get order.
Started w delicious poison beans (beans w pork), chorizo w melted cheese and guacamole. This was the best part of the meal. The baby goat arrived w sautéed onions and potatoes. Maybe it's my American taste buds but I found the goat to be kind of bland, difficult to find the meat and a tad on the fatty side (and I love fat).
