Food in Switzerland is ridiculously expensive. For a meal that's probably worth $15 in the states, it was about $30 in Rapperswil. Quality was good but the portions are what I call, European sized. I was still hungry afterwards so I hit up the local McDonald's for a $4 chocolate sundae that would be considered children's sized. Geez. Thank goodness for an expense account. read more

I ordered pad thai, veggies only, please- But the sauce was a bit too peanutty... And it was totally a man fest in this tiny place, amongst 10 persons, nur 1 other female face!
