The sweet waitress who was working had a very apologetic look on her face--I felt badly for her. When my husband told him that his behavior was rude and unacceptable, the owner refused to apologize. As for the quality of the food, the crawfish etouffee was only decent (it had a strange flavor to it, like pickle juice), but the gumbo had good flavor. The prices were too high for the quality and portion sizes, though. Our lunch of 1 bowl of gumbo, 1 crawfish etouffee, and 2 waters cost €29. The portion sizes were much smaller than expected given the price. Needless to say, we will never give this place our business again.
