For 11.90 euros you would get a beer or wine, an appetizer, a main dish, and a dessert or coffee. I started with the Salmorejo Cordobes with Iberian Ham and Chopped Egg; this gazpacho like dish was full of fresh tomato flavor, thick, and creamy. It was very refreshing after walking around Toledo in the hot summer weather. Next I had the Piquillo Peppers Stuffed with Cod. The peppers were soft and juicy and stuffed with a generous portion of a potato and cod mixture and topped with a flavorful sauce. Overall, the food was delicious and at a reasonable price.

We ordered drinks. I tried their sangria which was very good. We ordered two of their famous bombas. A potato fried on the outside and hollowed out and filled with spicy meat and potato. It was excellent. I called it a Spanish sloppy Joe! Once we finished those it was past seven so we ordered the grill pork ribs which were meaty and good. The prices were reasonable and our server was really hustling. By the time we left around 8pm there was a line formed waiting for a table. At that point the service did seem to be getting chaotic...

We got the patatas bravas, croqueton de gambas, and bomba trébol as well. Everything was really yummy and we enjoyed it all. I loved how varied the options were too. A drawback is that they only had one heater for an area that fit about 10-12 tables so it was quite chilly and our first waiter didn't pay attention to us so we waited a while to wait. However, the young waiter who stepped in was great and made up for it.
Jamón croqueta in the front and Bomba Trébol in the back. The Bomba really was the bomb!
