We had a great meal and a lot of fun at Endovélico. The recommendations in the other reviews on Yelp led us to this unique restaurant in Porto, a Celtic Portuguese place with an extensive menu including tapas, galettes and sweet crepes and a great array of craft beers. The tapas we ordered, mushrooms stuffed with sun-dried tomatoes and goat cheese, and Portuguese Boar sausage, were wonderful, as was the chicken and mushroom galette. We only wished we had room for more. The food being brought to other tables made our mouths water. The sangria made with cider was great. The real fun came when the owner, Maria, dressed in Celtic style brought over Celtic and Viking armor and weapons for our table and the next for a photo opportunity not to be passed up. The meal, followed by a shared order of Portuguese craft ice cream and a small glass of port wine, was truly memorable. Thanks to our awesome server, Mariana, for the wonderful service as well. read more
