Fresh, whole turbot, sea bream, octopus, truly thick cut beef steaks and shrimp were being grilled over a wood fire. Simply seasoned with sea salt, grilled and plated. Nothing was added to hide the freshness of the whole Sea bass I truly enjoyed. I love fish prepared this way-simply and with pride.
