Food, amazing. The northwest food is the one you need to go for when visiting Brazil. I'd recommend : Tapioca, cuscus, Escondidinho de Charque, Macaxeira and Inhame. Any regional meat is good call, but Carne de Sol and Coração de Galinha are my favorites. The price is cheap be cause of the location, and also, infrastructure is not prepared to acomodate many people. Under 50 people and you should be fine.
