Ordered 1/2 dose of sardines (6-7 pieces) and the monkfish and rice. I was blown away at how good the sardines were with the crispy salty skin. I honestly thought I'd have one piece and then be done but I couldn't stop eating it. The monkfish was a huge bowl filled with shrimp also and was made for sharing between 2-4 people. The hotel provided us with a voucher for a welcome drink and they specialize in seafood so it was a no brainer. The hotel made us a same day reservation for dinner. We arrived and were seated immediately. You can tell the waitstaff was busy but they had a flow going. We were provided menus and shortly after we received bread for the table and our welcome drink of port wine which was so good! We opted for the seafood platter for 2 and also the steak with seafood sauce accompanied with a bottle of vinho verde. The food was delicious, came out quickly and was great value for what we paid.
