For the meat eaters, the traditional meal of fall-off-the-bone pork and potatoes hit the spot. The white and red table wine from small, local Duoro Valley wineries was some of the best we had on the whole tour, topped with a moscato for dessert. The food was phenomenal: taste, presentation, quality... Everything! Furthermore, the staff were beyond superb. If you come to the valley and don't come to this place, you are doing yourself a disservice. The staff will not steer you wrong and just enjoy yourself. I was recommended the octopus and have had this in a variety of ways and was somewhat tired of it, but the chef prepared it in such a unique way and the taste was literally mind blowing.
