We ordered lamb rack and some sort of local pasta from today's menu. We wanted to share as we were two ladies who don't eat a lot. She was kind to separate the servings of each one into two plates. The lamb rack had no sauce and was displayed very simply. But you could see the texture and and the colour of the meat perfectly cooked.
