The salad that came with the meal was fairly standard, and the meal itself was quite nice, generously sized, and well seasoned. This is going to be my staple restaurant to eat at when visiting this area, as it seems to be the best compromise between cost and quality/variety of menu offerings. They seem to always have a burger, a steak, a fish, and a poultry dish available, as well as a soup of the day.

We were a party of 6 and nobody's plate looked appetizing. When the waitress brought my husband's plate, she spilled some white sauce on the floor and the whole bowl was dirty. Instead of returning it to the kitchen, she served it to him. About ten minutes later, she came to clean the floor and then wiped her hands on pants. My margarita was very good until I reached 1 inch from the bottom and surprisingly got a mouthful of pure salt in my mouth. I mentioned it to the waiter and he said, "well, sometimes it happens". It does???? I never had that experience in my life! The general tao chicken was the worse looking glob I had ever seen. All clumped up, tough and overcooked. It looked like a mess of tangled octopus legs. As a few people mentioned in their reviews, most of the food tasted like frozen stuff that was thrown in the oven (microwave?) just to heat up and serve. Unfortunately, I kept comments to myself because it was for a birthday party. I only discovered that everyone had the same opinion about their meal and there was not one good comment from them either. Overpriced is an understatement. Were were all in good company, but it would have been so much better if we had tasty food.

Nous avons pris la douzaine d'huitres en entrée, goûteuses mais plus petites que des moules... La seveuse nous a proposé le poisson du jour une darne de thon poêlée rosée. Quant le poisson est arrivé, il était blanc et à peine rosé au centre, ceci n'est pas l'apparence normale du thon qui est habituellement d'un rouge foncé au centre. Le poisson était trop cuit et donc sec. Je crois que ce poisson était congelé et non pas frais. Il était accompagné d'une mousse de panais qui avait plusieurs gros morceaux de légume à l'intérieur! Le personnel au service était gentil bien que sans expérience en service de qualité. Le service du vin s'est terminé après le premier verre le restant de la bouteille a été laissé à nous. La patronne et d'autres employés ont soupé au bar durant notre repas, ça ne se fait pas dans un restaurant de qualité! Je ne comprends pas les critiques élogieuses pour ce restaurant, y-a-t'il eu changement de proprio récemment? Je ne peux pas recommander cet endroit d'aucune façon.
