Laura was wonderful and wrote out the details as we needed to satisfy the buyer that the job was fully documented. The owner worked with me on the cost to repair and after a year, I reached out because it appears that there may have been additional leakage. He sent out his employee the next day. He was at our house for over two hours researching and (I feel confident) resolving the issue. Through no fault if their own, they determined the short length of my gutter most likely is the issue. They were great communicators, after asking me for what color shingles we wanted, they had the shingles delivered less than a week later, then the following day they came to tear down my damaged roof and put up the new one.
