This last-minute cancellation was not only highly unprofessional, but it also showed a complete disregard for my time and planning. To make matters worse, her attitude during the call was incredibly rude. She displayed absolutely no bedside manner or compassion, and spoke to me in a way that was dismissive and disrespectful. I have never encountered such a lack of courtesy or professionalism from someone in the wellness industry. I also want to warn others: this provider advertises a shady little Google Maps location that does not allow for public reviews. Now I understand why--she clearly does not want honest feedback about her terrible service to be visible to potential clients. I strongly advise anyone considering this massage provider to beware. My experience was deeply negative, and I would not recommend her services to anyone looking for a reliable, respectful, or compassionate practitioner.

It's not a spa, so it's not dead silent, but the RMTs have music on and the furnace fan seems to help with noise, as well.
