Instead I got lectured about how they will withhold my supplements if this happens again. I tell her that while I have been sticking to the diet and staying in a 1500-1700 calorie range, I was met with put downs. I am sorry that the little girl behind the counter, who did not care that my aunt who is going through chemotherapy, and did not care that maybe in life shit happens that result in you having to get off course. No I get met with no compassion and treated with little to no respect. and that is after I spent damn near $4000 at that clinic. Today was truly heartbreaking. And maybe I did not go to my check ins because I have to help my aunt who was just diagnosed with Leukemia and this clinic DOES NOT WEAR MASKS. It is heartbreaking to see their lack of empathy and God knows how much I wish I can get all my money back. Again just truly heartbreaking and sad. You need to do better, given mental health and weight loss go hand in hand. And your coldness and poor customer service will not help anyone.
