Words can't begin to describe how happy I've been since coming here through my first pregnancy & dealing with such awful lower back pain / pelvic floor pain.. the entire staff and everyone there is so lovely and very helpful. But my main shoutout is to Dr. Steven Karageanes ! I am currently 37 weeks and was just seen a couple days ago with Dr. Karageanes. The amount of pain I had been in, the absolute lack of sleep I've been getting, let alone the pain of just walking... I didn't think there was really much that could be done.. but let me explain to you how Dr.K proved me wrong. I had gotten several different adjustments and I almost wasn't tears from how much more comfortable I felt in my own body.. let alone, how I felt validated by the way he listened to my concerns and provided me such reassurance. His bedside manner is some of the best that I've seen with a doctor, besides my own OBG. I highly highly highly recommend any woman that is going through a painful pregnancy to go and see him. It is beyond mind blowing how much can be relieved, & he is definitely the guy who has the most knowledge and most relieving techniques to be able to review of feeling like a sack of crap while carrying a new bundle of joy into the world. I also want to say again the staff and the nurses that have sat in with him during my adjustments are such kind and caring individuals. I applaud the whole team there. Thank you again Dr.K, I have actually been able to sleep again, as simple as that is said... for someone who is in their third trimester will understand how important that is lol. I don't know what we would do without the team at RPM! The variety of options provided has vastly helped my recovery from a horrible car accident. I found them for my mom years ago. They helped her so much and I couldn't be more grateful. When I needed help there was no doubt who I wanted to treat me. When my mom passed away the doctors and staff at RPM were so empathetic and compassionate. It was then that I realized even more how invested they are in their patients. I have been going to Theresa Min for almost 2 years and when I say I feel amazing after each acupuncture and cupping with her please believe it, I would definitely recommend you giving her a try if you experience pain in your body. My first appointment with Dr. Deitch had me looking forward to finally getting some type of pain relief. Scheduled an MRi, located the problem, met for a follow up appointment. At my second appointment, he had asked if we had even gotten an MRi. So it made it feel that he hadn't even taken the time to look over the MRi or even scan over my chart before visiting with me. At my second appointment i finally got the prescription steroids to subside the pain. was supposed to be given to me on my first visit, but no one ever sent the script out. We decided to do an Epidural shot, just needed approval from the insurance. Almost 3 weeks later, and i finally called back to see about setting up the appointment. Since no one had reached out at this point. I had to call about 4 times, talked to a few different people and finally got through to Trisha who was awfully rude and unpleasant. She sounded overly annoyed letting me know that she well aware i had called a few times, but no one from their team had asked me more questions about my other heath conditions. As if it were my fault that no one had reached out to me yet. Let alone the voice mail left by her, can hear her go " oh my god" in the most irritated voice all because i was trying to call back when i noticed i had missed her call. Mind you this was only the second time we even chatted. I understand we're all dealing with different types of stress, but i had been polite and patient the entire time. I also was working and trying to sort things out and to finally get some pain relief after months. Still haven't heard a response back to set up my epidural shot, but i will be canceling future appointments and looking for better care from somewhere that actually is considerate of peoples time and wellbeing. Not who try to berate you for trying to follow up. I suggest you do the same. read more

Doctor was fine. Realized after 3 years I had a credit on my account. I happen to find it while trying to disable the "happy birthday" emails they send me each year. I called to get my money; woman was snarky. My refund never came. 4 months later I called again, this time the check was promptly sent. Now if I OWED THEM money, I'm sure I would have been getting letters! They had money of mine for 3 years and they never said a word. read more

I was referred to this practice by my (then) primary care physician in 2020 for hip bursitis. She said, "Go see them, you'll get an injection and you'll feel a lot better." I had been to physical therapy about a year prior, when I was living in another state and it did help some, but the pain eventually returned. So, I made the appointment with RPM and, candidly, I preferred to be conservative in the approach to my pain and the liked and trusted the physician I saw, so we agreed on trying PT again. When the pain returned (it was never really gone but PT did help some), the RPM physician prescribed an MRI on my back and an EEG test. Neither test showed anything out of the ordinary. I kept having pain on my right side and more in the buttox. The RPM physician then diagnosed it as probably a pinched nerve and sciatica. We tried PT again and I did get some relief again, for awhile and then the pain returned. In the interim, I also changed primary care physicians and explained the pain I was having to her during my annual physical. Knowing that I preferred to be treated conservatively, we agreed to try PT, yet again. This time, after a couple of weeks of PT, the physical therapist was not comfortable with my progress and she strongly suggested that I get a right hip X-ray. She was not convinced that my pain was the result of sciatica and/or pinched nerve after checking my range of motion again. She believed that my pain was coming from my hip. So, I visited my primary care physician again and told her what the PT suggested and she agreed, after checking my range of motion on the right hip, as well. Although I had no groin pain, as is common with hip issues, my pain was in the back, she also told me that I may be atypical. I was now walking with a cane and hating it. I had the X-ray and it showed severe osteoarthritis of the right hip (bone on bone), barely any cartilage left. She (my primary care doc) suggested that I see an orthopedic surgeon immediately. Before doing that, and still wanting to be conservative in treatment, I had the X-ray sent to RPM and again, saw the physician who had been treating me for pinched nerve/sciatica and hip bursitis and asked him what he thought about my continued pain and the hip X-ray. He said, and I quote, "It's not your hip, Lorraine" and he ordered another MRI on my back and X-rays of my knees. By now, I was pretty frustrated and was exhausted living in pain and I called my primary care physician and asked for a referral to an orthopedic surgeon, just to get another opinion (I also asked my PT for a referral). She also suggested that I scrap the MRI order for now. The pain was getting out of hand now and really affecting my everyday life. All this time, RPM never once suggested that I see an orthopedic surgeon or have a hip X-ray. . It took my physical therapist and primary care doctor to suggest that my hip may be the problem. Knowing what I know now, RPM should have discovered this, in my opinion. Now for the good news....had my right hip replaced (anterior approach) five weeks ago and for the first time in YEARS, I have NO PAIN and I can actually go for a walk in my neighborhood, shopping, events around town, I can walk up and down the stairs without having to crawl, I can play with my grandkids, etc. I'm no longer living on Tylenol and I feel 20 years younger. read more
