I will post each therapy as I come in over the next couple of weeks! Directions were easy to follow and easy to park (even situated between Chipotle and Starbucks)!! I came on a Sunday afternoon and this is my first time here! Today's event- Normatec compression /leg compression sleeves! The sweetest woman -running the show bouncing from each therapy room, checking in on guests, cleaning up rooms after guests, she was absolutely so lovely and I felt like she was super caring making sure each client had the best experience with whichever therapy they were doing! I filled out my new client paperwork and was quickly taken back. She explained all the buttons and set me right up! The loungers are SO COZY! Omg. I'm surprised I didn't fall immediately asleep! I always recommend using the restroom before using these compression sleeves. I've had these a couple times before at other locations but never have I felt soooooo comfy before! I'm hooked! It's clean and bright but not at all sterile. It's decorated so cute for the upcoming holidays! I seriously cannot wait to come back! read more

Amazing staff committed to excellence!!! They made my recovery from back surgery a breeze.

I was a long time customer. I started my membership the day of their grand opening. I took advantage of almost every service they offered. I would also take advantage of sales, BOGO, etc. When COVID hit, I had about $1800 in unused services that I had purchased. After COVID, i returned to Restore to start using some of the services I had pre-purchased only to be told that they ALL expired and they would not be honored. I was floored. First, why should they even expire if I purchased them but most importantly, COVID was an unexpected pandemic that should have NOT counted towards any purchases expiring. The husband and wife divorced at some point during this COVID and I believe this is a big part of the problem. The wife, Tara, was the business side and was good about making things right. The husband is just sales and PR. There is no sense loyalty to customers anymore. read more

Bought a cryotherapy package for 3 treatments and was never told they expired in 30 days. On the pricing at front desk, it also doesn't mention anything about this either. Will try iCRYO which does whole body cryo including head which I heard is more beneficial. The coldest cryo the machine does at Restore was much weaker than other cryo treatments I have had elsewhere. I could take the coldest they offer easliy no problem which shouldn't happen. With that, you can have my session. read more

Everyone at Restore is very understandable and knowledgeable. Brach, Evan, and Robin understand what you are trying to accomplish. They are truly beside you. They want the best for you! The whole staff wants you to achieve your goals. Everyone there is so helpful and kind. The way businesses are ran today you can tell, no one care. The owners have hired the best. This place is the best. Amazing, clean facility with a staff that feels like friends and family. Always love coming in for treatments. I wish I could write a better review. This place used to take Covid seriously, not any more. The owner and 2 employees have had Covid in the last 6 months and not a single email to their clients to let them know. They didn't shut down, didn't get the place sanitized (outside of their normal sanitizing practices. The only way I found out was from over hearing a conversation while I was there. This is supposed to be a safe place to get and stay healthy. Apparently the owner just cares about making money, not people's health. read more

Unfortunately I am unable to write a positive review of my experience. I went in for an injection, and was supposed to meet with nurse practitioner. My doctor suggested the injection and I went to this location because of convenience. After my blood pressure was checked, I was turned away, questioned about why my doctor suggested the injection by two people that never presented their credentials and unfortunately felt they knew better than my MD. They told me they could not administer the injection or even allow me to speak to the NP. The questions I was asked were extremely inappropriate and irrelevant to the reason I was there and they asked these questions in front of other patients with no respect to my privacy. I am writing this review because I am used to professionalism, especially in Brentwood, and did not experience that at this location. Afterwards I spoke to my doctor and he even questioned the professionalism of this practice and told me my blood pressure was not at a dangerous level and was over exaggerated in the office. I am extremely disappointed but quickly was able to find another clinic in Brentwood with the service that my doctor requesting. read more

What an amazing place! They have it all, IV services, Sauna, Cryotherapy, stretching, and so much more. The owners are great, the staff is kind and friendly. They offer packages and memberships so you can go daily! So thankful to have found this place. read more
