It can be frustrating, and took some coordinating and good communication, to furnish our condo from afar. When a few items were delayed, Debra even loaned us a king bed and sofa to ensure our comfort when we arrived. This gave us the chance to meet some of the Crate crew, who worked all day to unpack furniture, finish carpentry punch list, and hang two pendants. Open communication, everything done on time and on budget (no "surprises" on the bill). They even gave us 20% off since we were referred (that's a healthy savings when you look at the bottom line). We went and opted for a revamping of all our windows with plantation shutters as well. The end results are INCREDIBLE.
