After a lengthy first visit where Stephanie probed in depth regarding my various conditions (arthritis, compressed lumbar disks, autoimmune disease, etc); we started working together several months ago. I could not be more impressed with her comprehensive knowledge of physiology. In addition, she is incredibly observant of the various "misalignments" all over my body - e.g. neck, shoulder, hips - and then proceeding right into exercises to address those challenges.
