Since I was needing a fabulous, interesting SALES focused resume, I was looking for something dynamic and exceptional, to really stand out... The one that I was ultimately provided by Curtis as my final draft, after I sent a multitude of edits needed back and forth and he agreed that the edits greatly improved his choices of wording, was not exceptional at all. In fact, it contained errors and repeatedly used words, with even a word completely missing. I wrote to let him know, but he ignored my last emails, I imagine tired of my corrections and suggestions and wanting to move on to his basic, less creative resumes. The cover letter was nothing more than my resume again in an email form, with no warmth at all. It was unusable. In the end, I used the word doc he sent me, basically rewrote a large portion, added my own introduction and submitted it. I paid a lot of money to ultimately rewrite my resume and receive an unusable cover letter. I rate them just "meh" I didn't check reviews other than on their site and now I see that others had trouble getting a final draft that was acceptable to them, too!
