I paid Miss Kelly $600 up front for an updated resume. That money got me a 1.5 hour call and an unsatisfactory resume. When I got the updated document I told her that was too specific to one industry and asked that it be changed. I was told to submit the resume around and if I did not see results to go back to her for an update. After receiving comments about missing keywords and skills from a hiring manager, I emailed Robin several times. It took weeks to get a response for at least 2 or 3 requests that I sent. I just today went back to her to ask for a redo or half of my money back and she declined and wrote me off. Beware...I can personally say that the updated areas of my resume stated skills that I did not have. The other parts were a direct lift from my prior resume with a few word changes.
