I had total knee replacement on May 19. Dr. Chealon Miller and his staff went above and beyons to ensure a successful surgery. They provided a class prior to the surgery so I was prepared for this life-changing experience. They ordered in-home physical therapy that started the day after the surgery. Every member of the team, from the anesthesiologists to the nurses to the surgeon were wonderful. Aftercare by Brenna Coggins was fantastic. If I could give a zero I would. The front end staff is very polite and extremely professional. The doctor was very judgmental and lacked bedside manners. I am a Nurse Practitioner and could never ever treat any of my patients in such a manner. I never give reviews especially speaking against another provider but this was bad. I could go to the V.A. For free, but I come here and pay out of pocket, because the V.A. Sucks and Resergens is awesome. Great staff, always friendly and I've never had to wait long. I've had great care from MRI's to injections and I'm about to have minor elbow procedure done. I highly recommend these doctors and staff. read more

Haley (medical assistant) is a welcome asset to Dr Greenfield's team. Haley follows up, returns calls & communicates extremely well in addition to assisting Dr Greenfield in clinic all day. I'm also extremely pleased with my second surgery performed by Dr Greenfield & would recommend him as an outstanding surgeon. Stephanie, (front desk)has also been extremely helpful in getting my messages & paperwork to the appropriate person. The only thing negative is the third party (Sharecare) they use to fill out fmla/disability forms, I wish it would go back to when things were done in house. read more

Introduce Yourself when you walk into a patient's room. And then call he/she by name. While you may have 1000+ spines to care for, when we are paying for your service, we feel like we are the only spine that matters at that moment. And, F.Y.I. I am a PERSON, not just another SPINE! I absolutely want to hear the blunt truth, but I want to feel like I matter, if only for about 3 minutes of YOUR PRECIOUS TIME. You are the coldest, most non-caring, most unfeeling physician I have ever seen and I will drive thousands of miles to see someone else before I EVER step foot in another of YOUR exam rooms! So far we have been treated fantastic. My mother came here for severe carpel tunnel and found out within her first visit that she also had arthritis. Her first visit she was scheduled for surgery that following week Monday with doctor tan. Dr. Tan seemed very knowledgeable and very friendly and me and my mother both felt like we were in good hands along with Dr. Tans nurse Katy who was very nice to my mother and gave her some anxiety medication to help calm her fibromyalgia so unless something goes crazy 5 stars. read more

MEDICAL ALERT - Dr. Greenfield, MADD MATTIE, MA, STEPHANIE - Front, AND TO ALL MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS AS A PATIENT AND SENDING REFERRALS!!! Dear potential patients. I would strongly recommend that you find an alternative or another orthopedic physician and medical staff to treat you! I made an appointment with Resurgens of Covington, GA, at this location long ago, only to arrive at my appointment 30 minutes early as requested by their email system follow-up. Dr. Greenfield, whom I've known for over 30 years would not come out or invite me back to speak with him regarding the horrific situations and major issues regarding my needed appointment and more! Involved in major car wrecks! Even with a scheduled appointment! That time was my window and he still had time to get ahead bcz of the major errors caused to me! I texted him to let him know that I would be brief! The major mistakes were absolutely their fault on all and many levels!!! My medical disk was sent in, and paperwork for two different medical insurance coverages was in their system as well showing what they requested along with my proof of insurance! My medical disk was sent in over 1 1/2 mos ago by Ms. Warner from another office! THE OFFICE LOST MY DISK BUT YET BLAMED ME AND DR. GREENFIELD whom I have referred pts to for over 30 years, my having his cell contact number, my knowing him, and being a member of the same fraternity and he would not come out or see me!!! He sent MADD MATTIE out to see me instead! I found Madd Mattie to have a racist foundation, to be defensive, rude, and unprofessional! Poor people skills! For some reason, she thought that she could talk to me in any kind of way with any kind of tone! I saw the makeup of her early! She kept interrupting me when I was speaking unapologetically! I fault Dr. Greenfield for sending her! Stephanie at the front desk was not reasonable and somewhat in a mode of "I do not care", and she was somewhat standoffish! I saw a Mr. Hightower, that endured similar treatment from Stephanie! Poor people skills too! Their behaviors and sensitivity to the patients were NOT GOOD! Other pts and I talked about it in the office while waiting. What is so ironic about my circumstances is that I received emails that stated I was ready to be checked in!!! I referred 2 different pts last week who had similar experiences across the board!! They gave me their feedback which I also can attest to as follows: 1. The office puts you on hold when you call to make an appt, forgets about you, and eventually the telephone will disconnect you. When you call back you will go back to a long wait, get an appt or not get an appt!! They will put you in a position to just hang up bcz of the incompetence. 2. Poor office people skills, rudeness, behavior issues, fabrication to pts, unprofessionalism, and more!! This is not all. MADD MATTIE CALLED THE ROCKDALE POLICE ON ME AFTER I left and she asked me if I wanted to make another appt for Thursday! I stated no and no thank you! I was cleared to wait but decided to leave. I sent text messages to Dr. Greenfield about all matters! What they will learn is that I recorded the horrific doctor's RESURGENS ORTHOPEDIC OFFICE VISIT TODAY!! I am addressing the behavior of the police officer too! There is more that I will hold for later. I have police friends who are looking into the matter including police executives! I came to this facility for a consultation about my arm which I could not move because of pain. The pain was very bad to the point that I could not sleep. After the doctor saw me she recommended I do physical therapy and gave me antiinflatories. The personnel is nice they are very welcoming, the facility is clean and the doctors are very good at what they do. I am very happy with them and with the therapists next door. They see me once a week, but just after 2 visits the mobility of my arm has improved much since I started. The second therapist was much rough than the first one, and she made me cry while she stretched my muscles but it was worth it. 4 stars for now since I'm still in treatment. I fell on a cruise and broke my elbow. When I got back to the states I wanted to see a local Dr. I saw Dr. Tan she is wonderful she explained exactly what was broke/chipped and how long it would take to heal ( about 3 months). This is the 2nd time I have seen Dr. Tan I like her very much she is thorough and very nice. I highly recommend Dr. Tan, she remembered me from the 1st visit I had from 18 months earlier. read more

I wasted a lot of money and time going to this place. After several appointments, the doctor suggested more steroid shots and more by mouth. In the middle of my question, he walked out of the room. Even his nurse told me I should try a different doctor. I called the office manager and she never called me back. Wish I had of gotten my co pay back. Wouldn't have paid one if they didn't collect before the appointment. Drive the extra few miles and go somewhere different. Anywhere different!!! read more
